What are my Responsibilities if I am a CHAIR or VOLUNTEER?
CHAIR responsibilities are to organize and plan for an event. Each committee will have its own specific needs whether to coordinate with a teacher or an outside vendor, create an email distribution list for committee correspondence, etc.

ALL Committee Chairs will be provided with a set of guidelines and a folder from the previous year to help assist in the committee planning.

VOLUNTEER responsibilities are to assist the Chair with any of the following… ie. follow up email, phone calls, supplying prizes, beverages, snacks, set up, clean up, advertising an event in the HSA Weekly Newsletter, creating a flyer, etc. Volunteers will be called upon prior to an event being planned.

If you are interested in helping with any of the listed committees, please contact either the Liaison or the Chairs. The committees can always use some extra people.
