PLAYGROUND WORKSHOPS: Fridays 4/25, 5/9 and 5/30
Spring has sprung and students will be enjoying outdoor recess again! Please come and join us to help this free time be more constructive for the kids! Our goal is to help children participate in games that they can learn and continue to play during future recesses. There is a quick training session with Mr. Shields that every volunteer must attend prior to recess. We will be conducting this at 11:10 on Friday, 4/25. After the training session, we will head outside for fun during recess starting at 11:30.  Please email JB Mallah at jbmallah@me.com to volunteer.

PARENT/CHILD BOOK CLUB: Wednesday, April 23, at 7:00pm in the Salem Cafeteria
The Literacy Committee invites you and your child to participate in our April book club! The selection for grades K-2 is  Stand Tall, Molly Lou Melon by Patty Lovell. The 3-5 grade selection is Because of Mr. Terupt, by Rob Buyea.  The Literacy Committee looks forward to seeing you there for a great discussion about these two fine books!

BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB! Is your child's birthday in April? Consider purchasing and donating a book to the Library Media Center in honor of your child's birthday!
