HSA MEETING: Wednesday, November 19, 7:00pm
A SPECIAL PRESENTATION ON MINDFUL PARENTING
We are very excited to have a Salem parent, Macha Einbender, to join us and discuss how parents can reduce their children's anxiety. Macha is a mediation coach, and she will share her ideas and techniques that help kids relax and de-stress through pausing, breathing and mindfulness to benefit self-esteem. We will also talk about our upcoming HSA events and will give an update on the BOE's upcoming bond proposal. We especially hope working parents can attend this evening mid-week meeting.
